Verlander Grabs His 2nd No-No

Verlander Guides Tigers to a 9-0 Win in Toronto

Not a "perfect" game but a no-hitter nonetheless.  Verlander's 2nd in his career.

Let's hear some noise out there!  Justin Verlander pitched a whale of a game and got his 2nd No-No since his first back in 2007.  It would have been perfect had it not been for one lone walk given up with 1 out in the 8th.


This is Detroit's 2nd by Verlander and the previous No-No by a Tiger pitcher other than him was by Jack Morris back in 1984 at Comiskey Park.  It's a rotten shame that there were only 23,000 who saw it.
