Detroit Stuns Cleveland Again 10-1

expressions on the Indians faces told the whole story.

Luigi Galvani didn't know anything about the Tigers at the time, so he just invented a method for shocking fans' legs. ☍ His discovery and work later led to Alessandro Volta assaulting the first battery.  But it wasn't until André Ampere proved that parallel currents lying in proximity of one another Ꮸ could cross home plate repeatedly, despite the fact that inventor George Ohm (Ω) was wearing an Indians' uniform and resisting it as best as he possibly could.

We will start out with Victor Martinez cashing in 3 more RBI's, and then throw a little praise at starting pitcher Rick Porcello who got his 13th win.  (I think my Grandmother could have won this one, to be honest.)  By the middle of the second inning the score was already 8-0 Detroit and you could hear a pin drop at Progressive Field.  Not even the Tom-Tom guy was banging his drum, anymore. ☹

Speechless.  In Cleveland, that is.  After pushing the White Sox through the ropes last weekend and raising hope for the Indians, the Tigers proceed to do the same to Cleveland and can repeat their sweeping success today with another win to close out the series.  Join us at CUBS' AC for lunch today at Noon as we watch it on the big screens (thanks to Otto von Guericke who discovered the vacuum tube which evolved into the televison after a while) and sucking down some suds during a very Happy Hour!
