The images in this Blog cover University of Michigan and local Detroit professional sports clubs.

Their inclusion here is claimed as fair use because:

»They illustrate an educational article about the event.

»The image is only a small portion of the commercial product.
»It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
