Tigers Sweep Royals at Kauffman

Think back on the year 2008. It was not that long ago. These same teams were in opposite places then - the Royals swept the Tigers the first 3 games and the White Sox swept them next. This was on the way to a season record of 74-88 and Detroit finished 14½ games out for dead last in the AL Central.
And now Kansas City has to deal with it themselves. The Tigers rallied and won the game Wednesday night 4-3.
The Tigers are looking pretty good right now. They come home to Comerica tonight to play the team with the BEST record in the American League right now - the Texas Rangers. Early indicators seem favorable for Detroit, since the Rangers two losses were night games and both on the road. If you ask me, I say it is a good sign.
Adam Wilk is on the mound for Detroit. Game time 7:05pm.
