Detroit Avoids Sweep Thanks to #42

Player number 42 had a lot of action on Sunday in Chicago. He went 3-for-4 with 2 RBI's, but, he also went 0-for-4 and 0-for-3 and struck out twice and stole second once.
He also pitched 7⅔ innings of error-free ball while striking out 4 and walking none. He also lost the game.
But the best thing is that #42 prevented the White Sox from completing a season opening 3-game sweep at home at the expense of the Tigers who finally got a chance to display some tough in the Windy City.
There were no octopii thrown on the diamond this day.
