Giants Crush Detroit 15-3 in the Mud

Max Scherzer watched a lot of runners go down the 3rd base line to home.  He had
been 6-0 with a sub-.300 ERA but his last 4 starts have stunk.

I have a theory.  It's called "The Curse of the Bobbleheads."  Look what happened to Maggs after they made the doll with long curly locks.  He got injured right after that bobblehead came out and has been on and off the DL ever since.

Maz Scherzer's doll with the blue and green eye came out and he has not come close to winning a game since.  Coincidence?

Saturday night the Tigers were already in a 10-0 hole when the rain started coming down.  The nearly 3 hour wait was a torture that sent most fans home but the Tigers just brooded in the dugout waiting for Cinderella after midnight to put a fork in this one.

"It was pretty ugly." said Jim Leyland.

Can Detroit avoid a sweep Sunday and somehow score more runs than the San Francisco Giants who have continued a home run and run-scoring streak against Detroit that is surely headed for the record books?!??
