Wolverines Lay an Egg In Columbus

Denard Robinson outgained the rest of the Michigan offense by himself.

The Michigan Wolverines looked to be in control most of the first half in Columbus.  The "double threat" of Denard-Devin was very effective and resulted in a 21-20 Michigan halftime advantage.  But it was not to last the rest of the game.  Four field goals by the Buckeyes were enough to complete their "phantom" unbeaten season.  Despite several good breaks and honestly good chances to score in the 2nd half of play, the Wolverines could not produce a single down in Buckeye territory - which told us more about the coaching than anything else.

The Michigan Wolverines did not gain anything without Denard Robinson!.

There is no reason to hang our heads, even though we lost twice as many regular season games as last year!  But fret not - there is a little bit of football left to play as we will wait patiently to see how all of the NCAA football conference championships play out and wait for our bowl invitation.  Hopefully a New Year's Day Game!
